<listitem> <emphasis>Invitation Only</emphasis> — an ODS user can add themselves to the members list only after invitation from the cluster owner </listitem>
<listitem> <emphasis>Approval Based</emphasis>  — ODS user can add themselves to the members list, with access pending approval by the cluster owner </listitem>
