<para>This tutorial shows how to manage data using Amazon S3 service and Virtuoso ODS Briefcase.</para>

<listitem>Obtain your <ulink url="https://aws-portal.amazon.com/gp/aws/developer/account/index.html/105-0738895-1085265?ie=UTF8&amp;action=access-key">AWS Access Identifiers</ulink>, Access Key ID, and Secret Access Key.</listitem>

<listitem>Log in to your AWS account.

<listitem>Go to &quot;<emphasis>Your Account</emphasis>&quot; -&gt; &quot;<emphasis>Access Identifiers</emphasis>&quot;.

<listitem>From here you can copy your Amazon S3 Access Key ID and Secret Key values.

</orderedlist><bridgehead class="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml:h3"> Create a Virtuoso Amazon S3 Folder in ODS-Briefcase</bridgehead>
<orderedlist spacing="compact"><listitem>Go to <emphasis><ulink url="http://cname:port/ods">http://cname:port/ods</ulink></emphasis> (change the URL to match your Virtuoso instance host and port) </listitem>
<listitem>Log in as an ODS user </listitem>
<listitem>In the left-hand vertical navigation area, click <emphasis>Briefcase</emphasis>.
</listitem>
<listitem>In the main horizontal navigation bar, click the &quot;<emphasis>New folder</emphasis>&quot; icon </listitem>
<listitem>In the Main tab of the form, enter a folder name, e.g., <emphasis>MyAmazonS3</emphasis>, and select the <emphasis>Amazon S3</emphasis> folder type.

<listitem>Click to the now-visible <emphasis>S3 Properties</emphasis> tab.

<listitem>In this form, leave &quot;<emphasis>Bucket Name</emphasis>&quot; empty (so users of this ODS-Briefcase Folder get all your buckets), or set it to a specific S3 Bucket name (so only that Bucket&#39;s contents are made available).

<listitem>Enter the Access Key ID and Secret Key values you obtained earlier in this tutorial.

<listitem>Click the &quot;<emphasis>Create</emphasis>&quot; button, and the ODS-Briefcase folder will be created </listitem>
<listitem>Go to path <emphasis>DAV/home/test1/MyAmazonS3</emphasis>.

<listitem>You should now see any content you have previously added to your the Amazon S3 Bucket(s).
